Hemos visto zorros, flamencos, palmeras y pavos reales. Ahora es el turno de los cactus en las tendencias figurativas! Son resistentes ante todo, tan atrayentes, a pesar de las púas que los envuelven y dan uno de los frutos más dulces que hay. Si las tunas justo están en época, es también momento de llevarnos unos cactus a la casa:

   Un regalo infaltable para la Navidad son las muñecas. Hay algunas que me dan terror, esas que hablan y hacen cosas raras, falta que den vuelta las cabezas como las lechuzas!! Miedo! Mucho mejor las guaguas lindas como de verdad o las de género, que son suaves y apretables. Además, son súper fáciles de hacer, se puede usar cualquier tipo de género y si quedan un poco rústicas y mal cosidas son hasta más lindas. Podemos hacerles ropa, bordar detalles o el nombre de la destinataria, aunque con un plumón punta fina queda perfecto igual.

   A must for Christmas gifts are dolls. There are some that give me the chills, those that speak and do strange things, missing only turning heads like owls! Fear! Really cute babies or fabric dolls are much better, which are soft and huggable. They are super easy to make, you can use any type of fabric and if they are a bit rustic and poorly sewn they are even more beautiful. We can make them some clothes, embroider details or the name of the one receiving it, but with a fine tip sharpie it is just perfect.

   Hoy les dejo un molde base para hacer muñecas, que sale en una hoja de carta, pero que es fácilmente ampliable. Sirve para hacer lo que quieran, las líneas grises son para hacer ropa y basta que dejen volar la imaginación para los accesorios. Pueden hacerlas de género floreado, o si es de rayas, con unas orejas puntudas se transforma en un marciano o un monstruo. Nosotros les pusimos pelo y un corazón muy grande para repartir cariño. El secreto está en el relleno: 3/4 de taza de arroz y tres flores de lavanda. Tiene un peso que le da buena forma, se mete al microondas por 30 segundos y es un guatero que ayuda a dormir a los niños!! Un muy buen regalo para cualquiera, también para las amigas.

   Today I'm leaving you a base template for dolls, that comes out on one letter sized sheet, but that is easily expandable. Allows you to do whatever you want, the gray lines are for clothing and just  let your imagination fly for accessories. You can make them from floral fabric or if it's striped, with some pointy ears becomes an alien or a monster. We used some felt as hair and a big heart to spread love. The secret is in the filling: 3/4 cup of rice and three lavender flowers. It has a weight that gives good shape, you can get it in the microwave for 30 seconds and it's a warm softie that helps children to sleep! Such a perfect gift for anyone, maybe for our girl friends.

   Debe ser porque son de fácil limpieza y poca mantención. Las cerámicas se están tomando los espacios en todas partes.
