Ayer, en el día más corto del año (de ahí la falta de luz en las fotos), decidimos entretenernos haciendo unas obras de arte para enmarcar. Buscamos inspiración en el pintor holandés Piet Mondrian, pusimos algunas reglas básicas para todos, cosa de que cada trabajo fuera distinto, pero hubiera unidad entre ellos, y esto nos salió:

   Yesterday, in the shortest day of the year (hence the lack of light in the photos), we decided to have some fun making works of art for framing. We seek inspiration from the Dutch painter Piet Mondrian, we set some ground rules for all, so every piece was different, but they would have unity among them, and this came out:

   Fue muy fácil y todos usaron su imaginación. Primero aprendimos un poco sobre Mondrian y su concepto de arte, después preparamos las hojas con masking tape, pintaron, dibujaron, sacamos las tiras de masking tape, les puse el nombre y la edad para que nos acordáramos en el futuro y quedaron estos recuerdos listos para adornar la salita.

   It was very easy and everyone used their imagination. First, we learned a little about Mondrian and his concept of art, then prepare the sheets with masking tape, then painted, they drew, we took the strips of masking tape off, I wrote the name and age of each kid to remember in the future and these memories were ready to decorate the family room.
